The Concept
This venture is a retirement transition project, as I am not quite ready to take up golf just yet, providing short-term consultancy and advisory services to a wide range of companies. I will be very pleased to have an informal chat to explore opportunities and discuss potential collaborations, with discretion and confidentiality being fully assured at all stages. Even if you just want to test some idea’s or get some free independent advice always happy to help.
I work on an international basis, with bases in Melbourne and the UK and a very flexible to approach to work and travel

About Rich Marshall
Started my career in 1978 with Geotechnical Engineering in Gloucester U.K., my last full time position was Senior Projects Manager with Sixense Oceania in Sydney, it’s been ‘one hell of a journey’.
But, it's not over yet, as part of my retirement transition plan, I’m starting this new venture, to share my expertise and assist others in meeting the challenging demands of modern day civil engineering.
My career progressed with time, Driller (14 years); Drilling/Operations Manager (10 years); I&M Project Manager (6 Years); Sales and Pre-Construction Manager (4 Years); Senior Manager on International Contracts (12 Years).
With many years of experience in geotechnical and structural monitoring, managing major Instrumentation & Monitoring projects in the U.K., Middle East and Australia, in recent years specialising in Dam and Tunnelling Projects, these include Sydney Metro Western Tunnelling section, West Gate Tunnel in Melbourne, Ten Years in the Middle East on Major Infrastructure and Tunnelling Projects, all the way back to the U.K. Channel Tunnel in 1986, with several Dam and Infrastructure Projects thrown into the mix. Working with some of the best (and worst) International Main Contractors.
